How it works

A structured review before you commit capital.

Stratos applies a deterministic scoring engine and operator review to every submission — producing a structured acquisition memo that helps buyers make better acquisition decisions across the deal process.

The process

Three steps to a verdict.

01

Submit your deal

Use the intake form to enter deal financials, ownership structure, and context. The form takes about five minutes. We accept any SMB acquisition — service businesses, home services, healthcare, retail, B2B, and more.

02

Structured scoring and operator review

A deterministic scoring engine evaluates the submission across financial quality, deal structure, personnel dependencies, and revenue transferability. The analysis combines deterministic scoring with structured operator review. Every analysis is reviewed before delivery.

03

Receive your verdict

You receive a structured acquisition memo delivered to your inbox. The memo includes a Stratos Score (0–100), a decisive verdict, risk cards with specific questions to ask, valuation context, decision triggers, and what to validate next.

The output

What the memo includes.

Stratos Score

A structured 0–100 decision signal based on deterministic analysis of financials, structure, and risk factors.

Verdict

Proceed with Confidence, Proceed with Caution, or Walk Away — with the full reasoning behind the call.

Risk Cards

Each identified risk includes severity, why it matters, and the specific question to ask the seller.

Valuation Context

Industry-benchmarked multiple range, implied multiple position, and commentary on pricing relative to market.

Decision Triggers

Explicit GO IF and DO NOT PROCEED IF conditions so you know exactly what needs to be true before advancing.

What to Validate Next

A prioritized list of the specific items to confirm before you advance the deal — not generic diligence advice.
